Judge Janice Rogers Brown, 2023 Leadership & Law Award Remarks

We had the pleasure of celebrating the jurisprudence and life’s work of former Judge Janice Rogers Brown on April 14, 2023 with our second Leadership & the Law Award. It was a wonderful evening to spend with friends and colleagues, commemorating one of our nation’s finest legal minds and bravest leaders. Judge Brown is the second recipient of the award after Attorney General William Barr.

Judge Brown served for twelve years on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Previously, she was an associate justice on the California Supreme Court.
