Mr. Tshibaka is a retired global banking executive. He spent 33 years in leadership positions at Citibank, 3 years TSB Loyds as Executive Vice President and Divisional Risk Manager, and 1 year as President and CEO Emeritus at Opportunity International where he continued to serve on the board for 6 years. Mr. Tshibaka currently serves on the board of Equity Banque Commerciale Congolaise.
